About the Service

What exactly does the QR menu service include?

It publishes your venue’s menu online and generates the QR code you place on your tables. You manage menus, categories, items, prices and photos from the dashboard, and every change appears on guests’ phones as soon as you save.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser. It works on all iPhone and Android devices and asks for no sign-up or personal details.

Can guests order or pay through the system?

No. The service focuses on presenting your menu digitally, while ordering and payment stay with your existing workflow. There is therefore no per-order commission or sales cut, only the plan fee.

Is Wi-Fi required at the venue?

No. Menu pages are kept lightweight and photos are compressed automatically, so guests can open the menu quickly on their own mobile data.

Which businesses is the service suitable for?

It suits any venue with a menu: cafés, restaurants, bakeries, bars, hotels and beach clubs. Single venues start with the yearly plan; businesses with several venues receive a custom price based on the number of venues.

Do I need to reprint the QR codes when prices change?

No. The QR code points to your menu address and does not contain prices. When you update a price in the dashboard the menu changes instantly, while the codes on the tables stay the same.

Is there a limit on the number of items?

Menus, categories and items are unlimited. Apart from high safety limits that prevent abuse, there is no restriction a normal venue would run into.

How is the menu structured?

You first create categories such as Breakfast, Hot Drinks or Desserts and add items straight into them. If needed, a category can contain sub-categories (e.g. Coffees, Teas); using sub-categories is optional.

Can I set sizes, portions and extras?

Yes. Items can have options such as small, medium, large or single, double, each with its own price. Paid extras such as oat milk or an extra shot are shown on the item page with their prices.

Can I temporarily hide a sold-out item?

Yes. You can hide an item in one click without deleting it and publish it again in one click when it is available. Its details and photo are kept.

Can the menu be published in other languages?

Yes. Add the languages you want and type each translation yourself; this works in the free trial too. On the yearly plan you can also translate the whole menu in one click. The menu opens in the guest’s phone language automatically and guests can switch at any time.

What if I do not have product photos?

Matching photos from our ready-made library are suggested as you type an item or category name; this works in the free trial too. Selected photos share one background theme in your menu and can show your venue name. You can always upload your own photos instead.

QR Code & Printing

Can the QR code use our logo and brand colours?

Yes. In the dashboard you can choose the QR code colours and corner roundness and place your logo in the centre. The code downloads in a high, print-ready resolution.

What size should table QR codes be printed?

For tabletop use, each side of the code should be at least 3–4 cm. A dark code on a light background works best; choose a matte finish to avoid glare and test with different phones before printing.

Can I change the menu address after printing?

The menu address can be changed, but printed QR codes point to the old address and would need to be replaced. We therefore recommend finalising your menu address before printing. Changes to menu content never affect the code.

Plans, Payment & Account

How does the free trial work?

Your 15-day free trial starts as soon as you sign up, with no credit card required. During the trial you can build your menu, use photo suggestions, add languages with your own translations and use your QR code. Only one-click automatic translation is reserved for the yearly plan. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends.

What does the yearly plan include?

The yearly plan covers one venue and one menu address (QR code). Unlimited menus, categories and items, multilingual menus with automatic translation, ready-made photos, a branded QR code, visit statistics and a weekly e-mail report are included. See the pricing page for the current price.

We have several venues. How is that priced?

Each venue gets its own menu and QR code, and all venues are managed from one account. The price depends on your number of venues; just send us your venue count via the contact page.

What happens to my menu when the plan expires?

When the plan expires your menu is closed to guests, but your menus, items and photos are not deleted. Once you renew, the menu goes live again at the same address with the same QR code.

Can I get help setting up the menu?

Yes. Live support is available during and after setup. You can also send a photo or file of your current menu and ask for help importing it.

Can I manage the menu from my phone?

Yes. The dashboard works on phones, tablets and computers, so you do not need a computer to update a price or hide an item.

How is my data protected?

All connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored irreversibly and personal data is processed in line with KVKK. See our privacy policy for details. You can delete your account from your account settings at any time.
